Welcome to a space just for YOU! ✨
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (# 19765) , and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
As a therapist, I take an organic, humanistic approach to therapy that recognizes healing as a deeply personal and non-linear process. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all path to growth, and I believe therapy should be responsive to who you are, where you come from, and what you are carrying into the room.
My work is rooted in building a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel safe to show up as your full self. I strive to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and validated, while also being gently and thoughtfully challenged when it can support insight, growth, and meaningful change.
In our sessions together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, exploring patterns, emotions, and experiences with curiosity and compassion. I draw from evidence-based practices while remaining flexible and intuitive, allowing the work to evolve naturally based on your needs and goals. Ultimately, my aim is to support you in developing greater self-understanding, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection, to both yourself, others and the world around you.

• Master of Counselling Psychology ~ Yorkville University
• Bachelor of Sociology ~ University of Ottawa
In addition to my work as a therapist, I have experience working as an Educational Assistant, where I supported children and adolescents within the school setting. This role gave me valuable insight into the academic, social, emotional, and behavioural challenges that youth and teens often face on a day-to-day basis.
Working closely with students, educators, and families has shaped my therapeutic approach with young people. I understand the importance of meeting youth where they are, building trust, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel understood and respected.
I take a personalized, integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as mindfulness-based practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and a Strength-Based Approach.
I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, validated, and gently challenged — allowing meaningful insight, growth, and lasting change to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
