We use a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, tailoring each session to the needs of each person. Depending on the therapist, we integrate components of several therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and a Strength-Based Approach.
